At blue lotus, we honor the Krishnamacharya lineage of yoga, and recognize the practice of yoga begins as a dialogue between one teacher and one student. We honor this tradition by offering Private Yoga Instruction for the individual or small group.
Whether you are recovering from an illness or injury and need special attention, are new to the practice and want a specialized consultation, or are an experienced practitioner looking to deepen your practice, we highly recommend private sessions. Private instruction is held in the studio, or upon request, in your home or office.

$80 for 60-minutes session at blue lotus
$100 for 90-minute session at blue lotus
starting at $125 for 60-minute session in your home or office in Raleigh
private group class fees
A private class for you and your friends or colleagues as well as Corporate Yoga also can be arranged.
$115 for 60-minute class
$150 for 90-minute class
Class rates may vary depending on location and the number of people in your group.
